Apple Crumble Baked Oats

Steps

Preheat oven to 175 c

Grease baking dish /loaf dish with coconut oil

Place all the apples at bottom of the pan

In a bowl mix the oats, cinnamon, salt and spread over the apples

In another bowl combine oat milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and flaxseed mix together

Pour over the oat mixture no need to stir. 

Bake in the oven for 30-45mins  ( you can pre -cook for 20 minutes the night before) 

Cool before serving

How to make

Ingredients

1 tablespoon coconut oil for greasing dish

2 ripe apples chopped into cubes, ( i use organic red apples)

1 1/2 cups of Gluten free rolled oats ( rolled oats work best in this dish)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 3/4 cup oat milk

3 tablespoons pure refined coconut oil melted

1 vanilla extract

1/4 cup maple syrup 

1 teaspoon Olive oil 

1 teaspoon flaxseed and 3 teaspoon of water mixed
