Apple Pumpkin Tart

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 180 c

2. Mix all dry ingredients

3. Mix wet ingredients separately

4. Mix them together gently folding

5. Finally chop nuts and fold in

6. Transfer dough to pie dish and place sliced apples on top

7. Bake for 30-40 minutes

How to make

Ingredients

1 cup Gluten free flour ( I use orgran )

3/4 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup GF rolled oats

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 real vanilla extract

1/4 cup of olive oil or coconut oil

2/3 cup pumpkin puree ( I use steamed pumpkin or butternut squash)

1/3 cup macadamia nuts

2-3 apples
