Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Steps

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.

  2. Add the oats,chia seeds, milk, and cinnamon and  Stir well.

  3. Pour mixture into a large bowl or individual bowls. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Serve with some banana and chopped nuts, 

  5. Drizzle of coco2 nut spread ( optional)


How to make

Ingredients

  • 2 x medium ripe banana

  • 1 x cup gluten free oats

  • 2 x tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 x cup oat milk ( or any other milk)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3 x chopped dates 

  • handful of pumkin seeds & sunflower seeds

  • 2 tablespoon chopped nuts ( walnut or brazil nut)
