Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Introduction

Steps
Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
Add the oats,chia seeds, milk, and cinnamon and Stir well.
Pour mixture into a large bowl or individual bowls. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with some banana and chopped nuts,
Drizzle of coco2 nut spread ( optional)
How to make
Ingredients
2 x medium ripe banana
1 x cup gluten free oats
2 x tablespoon chia seeds
2 x cup oat milk ( or any other milk)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 x chopped dates
handful of pumkin seeds & sunflower seeds
2 tablespoon chopped nuts ( walnut or brazil nut)
