Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Introduction

Steps
1. Preheat oven 350F. Grease muffin tin
2. Whisk all wet ingredients in bowl
3. Add all dry ingredients to the bowl. Slowly fold the dry into wet mixture until combined.
4. Place batter just below edge of muffin tin. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool on rack
How to make
Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 large mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup of dairy free milk- (I use oat)
2 Tps vanilla extract
Dry:
2 x cups gluten free flour
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
Toppings:
Vegan choc chips
