Gut Healing Banana Bread
Introduction

Steps
1.Preheat oven 175 c
2.Mix all dry ingredients into a medium size bowl
3. Heat coconut oil
4. Mix all liquids & mash banana
5. Fold in dry ingredients into the liquid
6. Place in prepped loaf tin
7. Cook for 35-40 mins ( check with skewer to see if comes clean)
8. Place on wire rack to cool for 30 mins before cutting
How to make
Ingredients
1 cup of dates
½ cup of cassava flour
½ cup of green banana flour
1 cup of GF flour ( I use orgran)
1 cup of dairy free milk (GF Oat is best)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of coconut oil ( melted )
¼ cup of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal to 6 tablespoons of water
½ tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vinegar
3 ripe bananas
3 tablespoon of maple syrup
¼ cup black strap molasses
1 tsp maca powder
Optional
½ cup of Walnuts
