No Bake Muesli Squares

Steps

  1.  Make the pumpkin seed butter if making homemade

  2. Mix the wet ingredients  and add to the dry ingredients

  3. line a pan with baking paper and press down all the ingredients.

  4. Place a baking sheet over and smooth out until even

  5. Allow to chill in the fridge for a few hours

  6. It can last 3-4 days in the fridge. 

How to make

Ingredients

2 cups quinoa puffs

1 cup goji berries

1/2 cup seeds combi (sunflower/pumpkin)

3/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1/2 cup pumpkin butter

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp vanilla essence

Pinch of salt


For pumpkin seeds butter:

180g pumpkin seeds roast for: 15minutes 150°c

Blend: pumpkin seeds first then add 4tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt
