Introduction

Steps
Preheat oven to 180c
Put the rolled oats in greased casserole dish or loaf dish
In a food processor or blender mix the oat milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil.
Pour over the oats and top with raspberries and chopped macadamia nuts.
Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Can serve with coconut yoghurt
How to make
Ingredients
2 x cups of Gluten free rolled oats
2 x cups of GF oat milk or rice milk
2 x eggs ( 2 x tables spoons of Flaxseed meal and 6 x water)
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 x tablespoons of maple syrup
3 x tablespoons of coconut oil
1 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
