Simple Chia Pudding

Steps

  1. Combine the oat milk, coconut cream, vanilla and chia seeds in a  bowl and whisk well.

  2. Put into individual pots and place in the fridge overnight. 

  3. Can add favourite fruit toppings, mango, berries or banana all go well with some added nuts, seeds or coconut yoghurt. 

How to make

Ingredients

1/ 2 cup chia seeds

2 1/2 cups of GF oat milk or dairy free alternative

1/2 cup coconut cream ( i use ayam ) 

2 x tsp vanilla extract 

2 x tablespoons pure maple syrup 


For Chocolate version: 

Can add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder


Serve with fruits, homemade granola, coconut yoghurt.
